*Overview:*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will be crucial in providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for those with a passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives.
*Duties:*
- Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Work closely with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to provide behavioral support
- Collect data on client progress and behavior using established methods
- Assist in the implementation of diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide support and guidance to families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the individual's care
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for clients
*Qualifications:*
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collect and analyze data accurately
- High level of patience, empathy, and compassion

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
